SRF Allocation and Eligibility

Full-time K–9 students enrolled by September 30 (registration fee paid): Eligible for up to $600 for the school year.

Full-time K–9 students enrolled after September 30 and/or without a registration fee: Eligible for up to $300 for the school year.

Funding is allocated by term, and only students with current, completed submissions remain eligible for funding.
Engagement Requirement
Before funds can be accessed, students must meet the following requirements:
Grades K–8

Live class attendance

Numeracy work sample (teacher-directed)

Literacy work sample (teacher-directed)
Grades 10–12

The student must be active in a minimum of 6 courses to be eligible for a maximum of $600 per school year.
Approval Requirement

All SRF requests must be pre-approved and submitted to office@wcasdl.ca by March 1.

Parents/guardians must complete the Learning Agreement & Student Resource Fund Form (provided by the homeroom teacher) to initiate the approval process.

WCAS cannot provide reimbursement for services that have already occurred or for items already purchased prior to approval.
Payment
Funds are paid directly to the provider after services are rendered.
