Returning Student Application

If you are planning on returning to WCAS for the following school year, please fill out these forms and send via email to office@wcasdl.ca by April 15 of the current school year. Payment of the $100 Registration Fee/Tuition is payable at the time of submission of these forms. To make a payment, go HERE. Thank you!

4. Legal Residency of Parent Form
5. Freedom of Information Form
6. Parent Distributed Learning Agreement
